Information Collected

What information may be collected.

The information collected depends on the tool you use, the information you provide, and any connected services you authorize.

Information you provide

You may provide information such as your name, email address, messages, project details, uploaded files, generated outputs, or other content needed to use a website or tool.

Usage and technical information

The site and tools may collect basic technical information such as browser type, device information, pages visited, errors, and other operational logs needed to maintain, secure, and improve the service.

Google User Data

How Google user data is accessed and used.

Some tools may connect to Google services only when you choose to authorize access. Google user data is used only to provide or improve the user-facing functionality you requested.

Google data that may be accessed

  • Basic Google account information, such as name and email address, when Google sign-in is used.
  • Google Drive files, folders, file names, file metadata, and file contents that you select, create, upload, or authorize a tool to access.
  • Google authentication tokens or permission grants needed to connect an authorized tool to your Google account.
  • Operational data needed to complete the requested workflow, such as saving outputs, processing selected files, or keeping your work connected to your account.

How Google data may be used

  • Authenticate you and provide access to the tool or feature you requested.
  • Open, process, save, export, or organize files and content that you choose to use with a tool.
  • Operate app features such as production workflows, file preparation, map publishing, program building, or other user-directed creative and operational tasks.
  • Provide support, troubleshoot issues, maintain security, and improve reliability of the user-facing tools.

Google user data is not sold, rented, used for targeted advertising, provided to data brokers or information resellers, used to determine creditworthiness, used for lending purposes, or used to train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models. Google Workspace APIs are not used to develop, improve, or train generalized or non-personalized AI/ML models.

Sharing, Storage, and Security

How information is shared and protected.

Information is handled with practical safeguards and shared only when needed to operate the site, provide the requested functionality, comply with law, or follow your direction.

Sharing and disclosure

Information may be processed by trusted hosting, authentication, database, storage, analytics, or infrastructure providers as needed to operate the websites and tools. Information may also be disclosed if required by law, to protect security, or when you direct a tool to export, publish, or share content.

Protection mechanisms

  • Using reputable hosting, authentication, database, and infrastructure providers.
  • Limiting access to systems and data to what is needed to operate and maintain the tools.
  • Using encrypted connections where supported by the hosting and service providers.
  • Keeping private credentials, environment variables, and internal administrative tools out of public pages.

Retention and deletion

Information is retained for as long as needed to provide the requested tools, maintain records, satisfy legal or security needs, and support reasonable business purposes. When information is no longer needed, it may be deleted, de-identified, or archived where appropriate.

You can revoke Google account access through your Google Account permissions. You can also request deletion or ask privacy questions by emailing mike@mlounello.com.
